OCSO Investigating Missing Seneca Man

Update———————- James Roach was located in the City of Seneca today. He is safe and returned to the Tribble Center. Thanks to everyone for getting this information out. James was pulling his red wagon on a street within the city when he was found.

On June 24, 2021 the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office was notified about an individual missing from the Tribble Center housing located in Seneca, SC.  James Roach did not report for his employment on the campus of Clemson University.  Roach has been missing since 11:30am this date.  He is Intellectually Disabled and is also a diabetic.  He was last seen wearing blue jean shorts and an unknown color T-shirt.  He will possibly be seen pulling a red wagon along with him.  James Roach is 5’-7” weighing approximately 180 pounds; he has a scruffy salt and pepper mustache and beard is 59year of age.
