OEA Nov. Business Forum set

The Oconee Economic Alliance announces the speaker for November’s Business Forum. On Nov. 13 at 8am, Dr. Evans P. Whitaker, President of Anderson University, addresses the crowd on how Anderson University is building on academic excellence and positioning itself to become the leading university in the southeast. “The Oconee Economic Alliance Business Forum is a monthly opportunity for citizens and business leaders to come together in Oconee County to network, receive timely updates on topics facing the community and discuss ways to work together in making Oconee County a better place,” said Holleigh Alexander, marketing and research manager of the Oconee Economic Alliance. The public is encouraged to attend this free event on Nov. 13, from 8-9am at Thrift Development located at 180 Bountyland Road in Seneca.
