OJRSA Vote Set for Today

The Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority is scheduled to vote today on allowing its attorneys to send a written response to the city of Seneca demand letter of November 9.

Up for consideration is whether, the committee recommends that the full OJRSA board direct in-house Attorney Larry Brandt and/or outside attorney Lawrence Flynn to make the response. Scott Moulder, Seneca representative to OJRSA, recently lamented that all recipients of the November 9 letter had not officially responded…

It’s Seneca’s contention that, as the largest user of the system, it deserves more representation on the board.
