Pickens County Planners to Gather Public Input on Population Growth

The Pickens County Planning Department aims to involve residents in discussions on population growth between Oconee and Greenville counties. They encourage concerned citizens to attend upcoming meetings, including one on Thursday, June 1, from 6 to 7 pm at the Capt. Kimberly Hampton Memorial Library in Easley. The meeting will focus on proposed updates to the Pickens County Unified Development Standards Ordinance, which was adopted in the 1990s.
