Play Golf with LPGA Member in Seneca

Play golf with a member of the LPGA in Seneca. These professionals are coming to Seneca for an invitational tournament benefiting Safe Harbor and the Foothills Area YMCA. On Sept. 23, Seneca’s Cross Creek Plantation welcomes back Seneca High School graduate and former collegiate National Champion Austin Ernst to play against fellow LPGA golfers as well as the Upstate’s best amateurs. Cross Creek Director of Golf Mark Ernest says just a few spots remain in the fundraising tournament. “We have three spots still available at this time. The teams are $5,000 and that includes gifts from Taylor Made Golf, Oxford Golf, a party on Monday evening at Cross Creek Plantation and then the opportunity to spend four and half hours with one of the LPGA players on Tuesday.” LPGA participants will include Marina Alex, Amy Anderson, Dori Carter, Kathleen Ekey, Austin Ernst, Jaye Marie Green, Kim Kaufman, Brittany Lang, Lisa McCloskey, Lexi Thompson and Alison White. All proceeds will benefit Safe Harbor and the Foothills Area YMCA. If you are interested in forming a team to play in this tournament, contact Mark Ernst at 864-882-8337.
