Police Officer Adopts Ball Python

On Friday afternoon, a ball python was discovered in a Walmart parking lot. Despite efforts by the Pickens Police Department, the snake’s owner could not be located. The python, which is not native to the area, is now being cared for by one of the officers. The police department emphasized that the snake needs to be returned to its home environment.
