Public’s Help sought in Seneca Walmart shoplifting

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office seeks the public’s help in solving a shoplifting that occurred on Nov. 10 at the Seneca Walmart. A deputy spoke with an employee who said that the suspect exited the store through the Lawn and Garden Center with several items in a cart. An employee gave chase in the parking lot, upon which the suspect left the cart and took two Keurig Coffee Makers as he ran towards a vehicle in the bottom of the parking lot. The suspect got into an older model Pontiac Firebird that was heading toward Westminster. The value of the Keurig Coffee Makers is $99 apiece.
