Real Estate Deal in Seneca at Harper’s Plaza

Seneca’s Mayor, Dan Alexander, and City Administrator, Scott Moulder, have been authorized to finalize a downtown real estate deal. This transaction will transfer a portion of the Harper’s Plaza property to an entrepreneur, Greg Levi. In exchange for Harper’s Plaza Building “C”, the city of Seneca will receive $225,000, as stated by Moulder. The city council’s vote last night allows either Moulder or Mayor Alexander to approve the deal. Moulder said that Levi is currently undecided about the use of the 2,400 square-foot building, but it might be transformed into a restaurant or a clothing store.
