Council approved the rezoning of property and passed an ordinance requiring 1000 feet of space between similar businesses in the core commercial district downtown.

The council did not make any decisions on a new municipal judge or the fire contract with the county. However, they authorized city administrator Scott Moulder to investigate a property the city may be interested in purchasing for downtown revitalization efforts.
