Residents invited to meet New Westminster Administrator

Westminster residents are invited to meet the new city administrator and welcome him to the community this afternoon, July 18. A reception takes place at the Westminster Depot from 4-6pm allowing the community to meet Chris Carter and his wife. Carter took over the position earlier this month.
