Rezoning Request Submitted to Seneca Planning Commission

98 acres in Seneca that are bordered by Woodcreek Drive, Frontage Road, Knollwood Drive, and Queen Anne’s Lane could be rezoned. The property being discussed is owned by Sandell, Inc. and Ken Suhandrom; the re-zoning applicant is the Forestar Real Estate Group of Greenville.

Also, this quick reminder for you, that the City of Seneca’s council meeting, which was scheduled for May 31st, has been moved up a week. The meeting will be held in council chambers at Seneca City Hall on Tuesday, May 24 at 6:00pm.
