RSVP for Retired Officers Appreciation Luncheon in OC

Any retired local, state, tribal or federal law enforcement officer who currently reside in Oconee County is encouraged to RSVP for the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office fourth annual Retired Law Enforcement Officers Appreciation Luncheon on Tuesday, May 15. This is part of Law Enforcement Officers Appreciation Week, tells Public Information Officer Jimmy Watt. “The luncheon begins at noon on the second floor of the Law Enforcement Center at 300 South Church Street in Walhalla. This luncheon is for reserved guests only, so for more information or to RSVP, please contact Katrina Carter with the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office at 864-638-4117.” May 15, is also recognized around the country as Peace Officers Memorial Day.
