sCATenger Hunt starting at the Seneca Library

The City of Seneca, the Blue Ridge Arts Center, and the Oconee County Public Library are sponsoring a sCATenger hunt at 10am on Saturday, Nov. 1, starting at the Seneca Library. This event celebrates the completion of Phase 1 of the “Ten at the Top” Outdoor Art Project Community Vibrancy grant presented to the City of Seneca. The Ram Cat Alley Cats are temporarily installed on the library side of the railroad tracks so that everyone can enjoy an easy walk to find them. A map with clues will be provided to all participants. This event will be held rain or shine.
