SDOC advertising Employment Opportunities

As this school year winds down, administrators in the School District of Oconee County (SDOC) are busy preparing for next year and that means hiring new employees. Oconee County Schools Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Earnestine Williams says they are looking to fill several positions. “It is definitely a busy time for us. We’re actually getting ready to send contracts out to teachers next month. So, it is contract time and those are due back in our office on May 10. We do have many vacancies to fill in all areas; Math, Science, ELA, Special Ed, Early Childhood Elementary, so almost every area we’re needing teachers to fill those vacancies. Again as always, we are going to need some bus drivers, custodians, instructional aids as well. So, almost any job that you are thinking about, just go to our website and look at the postings or either call us as well.” To learn more about employment opportunities in the SDOC, visit www.oconee.k12.sc.us or call 864-886-4400.
