SECOND SUSPECT NAMED IN UTICA SHOOTING

One suspect was arrested, a second is being sought in the continuing investigation of a shooting this week in Utica. A homeless man was wounded and hospitalized. Earlier sheriff’s officers arrested Robert Martain Robertson on charges of attempted murder and possession of weapon during a violent crime. Now, a second man is being sought on identical charges. He is identified as Justin Patrick Picard, a 39-year old Seneca man, known also as Patrick “Hype” Wallace. Investigators believe Robertson was the gunman, while Picard was present, implicated as an accomplice.
