Seneca City Council Meeting Tuesday

The City of Seneca is holding a regularly scheduled council meeting on Tuesday, April 9, at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers. The public is invited to comment, with a sign-in sheet available and a five-minute limit per person.

Several ordinances are up for final reading, including the Community Facilities District Ordinance, the annexation and rezoning of property at E. South 6th St, and the sale of real property owned by the city, identified as Harpers Plaza – Building C. The council will also consider the first reading of an ordinance to rezone property at W. S. 4th Street.

The meeting will conclude with an executive session discussing the CatBus Contract, after which actions may be taken based on the discussion.
