Seneca Man arrested on Grand Larceny Charges

After a month on the run, the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Seneca man on grand larceny charges stemming from an incident at the end of March.  The Oconee County Sheriff’s Department reports that 19-year-old Michael Andrew Poole, Jr. was arrested for stealing a 2005 Ford F-150 truck and trailer on March 31 from the Friendship Boat Landing.  According to the arrest warrant, the amount of items taken, including the pickup truck, was valued at around $15,000.  Poole was released from the Oconee County Detention Center on a $15,000 personal recognizance bond.
