Seneca Man charged with Attempted Murder

Seneca Police have arrested and charged a 27-year-old man with the attempted murder of his parents.  The incident occurred Thursday night at the family residence on Shorecrest Drive.  Seneca Police Chief John Covington announces that Bradley Hayne Williams was arrested and charged with attempted murder.  Investigators determined that a disagreement turned violent in the kitchen of the home.  Police quoted the parents as saying their son wrapped an electric cord around the neck of one parent and struck the other with the handle of a machete. The parents filed a report at the Seneca Police Department and were quoted as saying they feared going home for what their son might do.
