Seneca Man Facing Drug Trafficking Charges

An ongoing operation by Narcotics Agents from the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office led to the execution of a search warrant last Thursday on the Utica Mill Hill and the arrest of a Seneca man on multiple drug trafficking charges.

39 year old William Zeth Brown of Goddard Avenue was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center and charged with four counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, five counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, two counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, two counts of Possession of a Weapon during Commission of a Violent Crime and one count each of Trafficking in Crack Cocaine and Possession of Crack Cocaine.

During the execution of the search warrant, according to Narcotics Agents, approximately 540 grams of Methamphetamine, 72.1 grams of Crack Cocaine, 515 grams of Marijuana, two firearms and a quantity of Oxycodone, Hydrocodone and Suboxone were seized.

Brown’s bond was set at more than $450,000 and he remains in jail at this time.
