Seneca Man Out on Bond After Being Charged with Weapons Violation

37-year old Seneca resident John Arcuri was arrested by Walhalla Police after a traffic stop Tuesday morning around 11:15 am. During the course of investigation, officers located a stolen handgun in the vehicle. Police added that Arcuri is federally prohibited from possessing a firearm. He was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center on a charge of sale or delivery of handgun to and unlawful possession of stolen handguns. Arcuri was also issued a warning for vehicle license violation. Arcuri is out of jail on bond, according to arrest records.
