Seneca PD Charge Homeless Person with Grand Larceny; Deputies Arrested Felony Shoplifters

A man from California, who is listed as homeless here in Oconee County, was arrested on Monday by Seneca Police on a charge of Grand Larceny.

Timothy Michael McMahon

Police said 34 year-old Timothy Michael McMahon stole a 2005 Ford Excursion. The theft reportedly happened on Friday evening. The SUV had been left in a parking lot of a business in the 400 block of East North 1st Street, and had remained untouched for several days, according to a victim’s statement. McMahon remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center with a surety bond set at more than $10,000.

Miranda Lanette Breazeale

And on Tuesday, Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputies took 53 year-old William Antron Henderson and 51 year-old Miranda Lanette Breazeale into custody on multiple charges of felony shoplifting and resisting arrest. Breazeale was also served two bench warrants upon her arrest. Her bond was set at $40,000. Henderson received the added charge of Driving Under Suspension and he is also being held for another agency. His bond was set at just over $30,000.

Doyle Eugene McCall, Jr

Deputies charged 53 year-old Doyle Eugene McCall, Jr with his third or subsequent offense of manufacturing and distributing cocaine. His bond was set at $40,000.

Leslie Spearman Harvey

35 year-old Leslie Spearman Harvey is in jail awaiting bond after she was arrested by Deputies and served three bench warrants, plus she was charged with her second offense for manufacturing or distributing meth.
