Seneca PD Getting New Digs

A new headquarters for the Seneca Police department is under renovation. A 7,500 square foot facility at the Shiloh Road Seneca Industrial Complex will be the new home for most of the department, and officers will begin operating from there within the next few months, with more moving in next year.

City officials said the 911 dispatch center will get a larger footprint at it’s current location, and police presence will be maintained downtown with the current office at Norton-Thompson Park on Main Street. The project, which will be completed in multiple phases, is expected to cost around $100,000.
