Seneca Police Arrested Two Men on Gun Charges
According to jail records, on Sunday Seneca Police arrested two men on weapons charges. 37 year-old Clinton Patrick Kelly is charged with pointing a firearm at a person and his bond was set at $10,000, which was posted.
Also on Sunday, Seneca Police charged 40 year-old Rashawn Lamel Harrison with pointing a firearm at a person, discharging a firearm into both a dwelling and inside the city limits, malicious injury to property and unlawful sale or delivery of a handgun. Those charges were filed after an incident at a Seneca apartment complex Friday afternoon.
Police responded to the report of a person with a gun, found shell casings and live ammunition rounds. Two warrants alleged Harrison discharged a firearm into a dwelling at the Applewood Villas and pointed the firearm in the parking lot with multiple people present, which was captured on surveillance video.
Bond was set at more than $28,000, which was posted, and Harrison was released from custody.
