Seneca Police Charge Suspect with Safecracking, Burglary, and Other Offenses

According to jail reports, on Thursday, February 1, Seneca Police arrested Alexander James Marcus, 29-years-old. He was charged with multiple offenses, including Attempted Burglary, two counts of Burglary (Violent) Second Degree, two counts of Petit Larceny <$2000, Grand Larceny >$2,000 <$10,000, Safecracking, and Burglary – First Degree. The total combined bond amount for all these charges is $179,250 and he remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center.
