Seneca Police Department Arrests Westminster Man On Armed Robbery With A Deadly Weapon Charge
(Seneca, SC)——–The Seneca Police Department arrested a Westminster man earlier this week on a charge of Armed Robbery with a Deadly Weapon.
18 year old Shydarius Fashaun Moss was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center on Wednesday morning.
According to the arrest warrant, Moss is accused, along with others, of assaulting the victim and of presenting a firearm while making threats to shoot the victim. Moss also assaulted the victim with the firearm and stole personal items from the victim and then left the scene.
The incident occurred on Holland Avenue back on November 8th at Blue Ridge Park. The victim was transported by EMS to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
