Seneca Water Line breaks causing 200K water spill

Motorists traveling along Highway 28 in Seneca will experience a new patch of asphalt after a water line broke this week causing 200,000 gallons of water to spill across the road. Crews with Seneca Light and Water repaired the road early Monday morning when the old 10-inch asbestos cement line failed. City officials blamed the break on an aging infrastructure system.
