Seneca Website attracting Viewers

Thousands of new viewers visited the City of Seneca’s website in May. Activities like Seneca Fest 2018 or Jazz on the Alley helped draw people to the website last month. Seneca Events Coordinator Riley Johnson gives recent website viewer numbers. “One of the great things about the city’s website is it gives us a chance to connect with the community. We can measure how it is working, so I went to our IT guy to see who is coming to our website. We get a Google Analysis every month and we had 8,072 new users in the month of May. We had 9,434 people that went to our website and they spent around two and half minutes on it in May. But 8,000 of those 9,000 were brand new users, so people are discovering our area and this just gives us proof right there that people are visiting our website. Our website is great, very user friendly and we are always working on it, so if you haven’t had a chance check it out.” Visit the city’s website at to see what is happening in and around the Golden Corner of South Carolina.
