Several Early Week Arrests in Oconee County

Emmanuel Onious Willliams

20-year-old Emmanuel Onious Williams of Seneca was arrested on Tuesday by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office. He is facing multiple charges including armed robbery with a deadly weapon, grand larceny, driving under suspension, petit larceny, and public disorderly conduct, according to jail records.

Devan Blayne Kelley

Also, according to jail records, Devan Blayne Kelley, 32, of Walhalla, was arrested on Monday by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office. He faces charges including malicious injury to personal property, assault and battery, and second-degree burglary, with bond amounts totaling $28,212.50. Additionally, there is an additional hold for GPS monitoring stemming from the arrest.

Brian D. Reed

In an unrelated investigation, Brian D. Reed, 39, of Seneca, was arrested on Monday by Walhalla Police. He is charged with manufacturing, distributing, etc. of methamphetamine, with a bond amount set at $25,000. There is also an additional hold for the Central Police Department.

At this time, all suspects remain in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center pending bond and judicial proceedings.
