Several Weekend Arrests in Oconee County

Brandon Heath Shaw

According to jail records, on Sunday Seneca Police charged 42 year-old Brandon Heath Shaw with tampering with evidence and possession of meth. His bond was set at $30,000 and he remains in custody at this time.

Ashley Nikole Swaney-Collins

Also on Sunday, Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 31 year-old Ashley Nikole Swaney-Collins on a charge of obstructing justice. Her bond was set at $15,000 and she remains in jail at this time.

Brandon Dale Sheriff

On Friday, Seneca Police arrested 41 year-old Brandon Dale Sheriff and charged him with possession of meth. Bond was set at $50,000 and he remains jailed at this time.

Charles Patrick Anderson

Charles Patrick Anderson, age 36, is awaiting bond on charges of violent second degree burglary, petit larceny and malicious injury to property that were filed by Seneca Police after his arrest on Friday.

Casey Elijah Blakely

Also on Friday, Walhalla Police arrested 24 year-old Casey Elijah Blakely and charged him with petit larceny, malicious injury to property and first degree burglary. His bond was set at more than $50,000 and he is also being held on charges from another agency, jail record show.

Marquis Dequavious Hunter

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year-old Marquis Dequavious Hunter of Seneca on Friday and charged him with three counts of first degree sexual exploitation of a minor. According to records from the Oconee County Detention Center, he was booked into custody and released on bond.
