Several Weekend Arrests Yield Drug, Burglary and Weapons Charges Against Suspects

Austin Tyrell Cousins

On Friday, Oconee County Deputies arrested Austin Tyrell Cousins,30, and charged him with unlawfully carrying a weapon and possession of a firearm by a violent felon. His bond was set at $20,000.

Marshall Phillip Sims

Walhalla Police arrested 56 year-old Marshall Phillip Sims on Friday and charged him with distribution of meth and his third or subsequent offense for manufacturing, distributing or possessing LSD and Cocaine. His bond was set at $40,000.

Eric Richard Edwards

Bond was set at $12,000 for Eric Richard Edwards, 38, after his arrest on Friday. Walhalla Police charged him with shoplifting and unlawful exposure of a child to meth.

Frederick Marshall Payseur

 

Bond was set at more than $16,000 for Frederick Marshall Payseur after he was arrested Saturday by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office. The 58 year-old is charged with Driving Under Suspension, Possession of meth and second degree burglary.

Justin Briam Lawless

And on Sunday, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 38 year-old Justin Brian Lawless for distribution of meth. His bond was set at $20,000. All suspects remain in jail pending bond and judicial proceedings.
