Shooting Death Under Investigation in Anderson

Anderson Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened around 11:40am Wednesday. Police said they found 23 year-old Jeremiah Lohr of Abbeville dead on Highway 29 near Plantation Road, and that it appeared he had been walking along Highway 29 when he was shot multiple times. They added that a gray or silver SUV was seen leaving the area at a high rate of speed and is a possible vehicle of interest.
