SLED Report not finished

The chief prosecutor for Oconee and Anderson counties says the investigation by the State Law Enforcement Division of the July 26 fatal shooting of 19-year-old Zachary Hammond by a Seneca Police Officer is not finished. Tenth Circuit Solicitor Chrissy Adams said, “SLED is still following up on a few things.” The normal pattern that such an investigation report follows is sending the report to the prosecutor who makes the decision whether criminal charges should be filed.
