South Carolina and Clemson Baseball Teams finish in Top 25

With the crowning of UCLA as the 2013 College World Series champions, USA Today has released its final top 25 coaches’ poll of the season.  UCLA ranked number one after defeating Mississippi State in the College World Series. The victory gave UCLA its first college baseball national championship in school history. South Carolina finished the season ranked 12th with a record of 43-20, and Clemson ranked 25th with a record of 40-22. Both the ACC and SEC were well represented in the poll. The ACC fared slightly better, having seven teams compared to five from the SEC.
