Sports Update For Monday, November 18th, 2019; Clemson Improves To 3-1 On The Season With Sunday Win Over Detroit Mercy
(Seneca, SC)——The Clemson men’s basketball team improved to 3-1 on the year with a 87-65 win over Detroit Mercy yesterday at Littlejohn Coliseum.
Hunter Tyson led three Clemson players who scored in double figures with 20 points.
The sixth ranked South Carolina women’s basketball team defeated Appalachian State 92-50 yesterday in Columbia.
Mikiah Herbert Harrigan led the Gamecocks in scoring with 21 points.
The Clemson women’s basketball team will be in action today at 11am at Littlejohn Coliseum as they take on Alabama State.
The ACC announced that ticket session books for the ACC women’s basketball tournament, which will take place in Greensboro next March 4th thru March 8th, are on sale through Ticketmaster. The ticket books are $99 apiece.
The top ranked Clemson men’s soccer lost to #2 Virginia yesterday 3-1 in the finals of the ACC men’s soccer tournament in Cary, NC.
The State Cross Country Championship Meet will be held in Camden tomorrow from Noon until 5pm. The meet was postponed until tomorrow due to weather and course and ground concerns.
