Sports Update For Monday, November 25th, 2019; Clemson Defeats TCU To Advance To Championship Game Of 2019 MGM Resorts Main Event
(Seneca, SC)—-The Clemson men’s basketball team has advanced to the championship game of the 2019 MGM Resorts Main Event with a 62-60 win in overtime last night over TCU in Las Vegas.
Tevin Mack led Clemson in scoring with 22 points. Clemson will face Colorado Tuesday night with tip-off scheduled to take place at 11:30pm eastern time.
The fifth ranked South Carolina women’s team has won their 10th straight game over Clemson as the Gamecocks defeated the Tigers 84-48 yesterday.
Furman and Wofford were both selected yesterday to play in the FCS playoffs in college football.
The Paladins will travel to Austin Peay Saturday for a 1pm kickoff while Wofford will host Kennesaw State Saturday with a kickoff scheduled for 1pm as well.
