State and Defense Rest Cases in Brown Murder Trial

Following a short break around noon jurors return to hear testimony from now Seneca Police Chief Casey Bowling as well as testimony from a doctor at the Greenville hospital who treated the victim on the night of the incident.

Jurors also heard testimony from a cell phone forensics expert as well. Closing arguments from both the prosecution and the defense will be presented in court on Thursday and following that jurors will deliberate their verdict.
