Student Success Center dedicated at TCTC

The rain could not dampen the spirit at Tri-County Technical College on Friday as a large crowd gathered for a ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony for the new Student Success Center on the Pendleton campus. TCTC President Dr. Ronnie Booth said this new three-story, 75,000-square-foot building is designed intentionally to be open and accessible and dedicated to student support, engagement and learning. Students were heavily involved in the design process and Dr. Booth said it was a total team effort making it a reality. The $42-million project includes a Learning Commons, flexible meeting spaces, computer labs, group study areas, tutoring spaces, the College Café, Campus Store, Printing Services, IT, Service Desk and Student Development.
