Swinney wins Bear Bryant Award

Despite loosing to Alabama in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game Monday night, Clemson University Head Football Coach Dabo Swinney won the 2016 Bear Bryant Award. Wednesday night, the Alabama American Heart Association bestowed the award named for legendary Alabama Coach Paul Bear Bryant on Swinney. This is the seventh Coach of the Year award for Swinney this season after the Tigers went 14-1, won the ACC Title and the Orange Bowl.
