Seneca Teen Killed in Head-On Collision

A 19 year-old Seneca man died Saturday morning from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision in the Cleveland – Madison Community of Oconee County. It happened around 8:45am on US 123/Toccoa Highway near the state line.
