Tenth Circuit has New Judge

From Columbia, comes an announcement that the 10th Circuit counties can look forward to a new jurist. He is Walhalla resident Scott Sprouse who, at the age of 49, starts a new career on January 1. By acclamation, the state General Assembly elected Sprouse as the replacement for Alex Macaulay, who must bow to the mandatory retirement age of 72 for judges. Sprouse won the seat without opposition.
