Third Party Expresses Interest in Old SMS Property

Seneca’s Administrator Scott Moulder, from the audience Tuesday night, informed the Board that he, too, has been approached by the third party interested in creating a youth wrestling facility.

According to a timeline provided by Hanvey indicating the new middle school on Wells Highway will be ready by the end of the calendar year, the Board should be ready to decide what to do with the vacated school and land within the next few months.
