Three More Arrests in Operation Infinity

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office announces three additional arrests in the third phase of “Operation Infinity,” which began last Thursday. Officers from the Salem, Seneca, Walhalla, and Westminster Police Departments assisted the Sheriff’s Office in the operation.  Oconee County Sheriff Mike Crenshaw said, “Operation Infinity is a reference to the ongoing commitment of the Sheriff’s Office to combat the drug problem in OconeeCounty.” In all, 22 individuals were being sought on a variety of drug distribution charges that stretched from methamphetamine to marijuana to crack to prescription drugs.  So far, 17 of the 22 being sought have been arrested.  The remaining five suspects are still being sought by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office.
