Today’s OJRSA Meeting Postponed

The Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority may be considering raising it’s member cities’ treatment charge by 20%, which would account for a total of about $3.4 million from Seneca, Walhalla and Westminster, should it be made part of the OJRSA’s next budget.

The meeting at which the increase will be considered was set for 4:00 pm this afternoon in Walhalla at the County Council’s Chambers, but has been postponed and will be rescheduled for a time and date as soon as possible, officials said.
