The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a

  Western Pickens County in Upstate South Carolina...
  Eastern Oconee County in Upstate South Carolina...

* Until 115 PM EDT.

* At 1230 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 4 miles southeast of Seneca, moving north at 25
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Central around 1240 PM EDT.
  Walhalla and Six Mile around 100 PM EDT.
  Salem, Lake Keowee, Devils Fork State Park, Keowee Toxaway State
  Park and Lake Jocassee around 110 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this dangerous thunderstorm include Nine
Times.
