Transportation Week Observed in Seneca May 15-21

Next week, the May 15-21 is Transportation Week, and Mayor Dan Alexander issued a proclamation on the importance of free bus services.

Seneca, with its transit operating partner, Clemson Area Transit (CATbus), became the envy of larger municipalities everywhere when it was the world’s first to launch an all-electric bus fleet in February 2015. Seneca and CATbus chose Greenville, S.C.-based Proterra to supply the fleet was made after a lengthy qualifying process.
