Trucking Program at the Walhalla Library this Saturday

Despite some misconceptions, the Oconee County Public Library loves trucks and truckers. In fact, you can see one up close at the Road Warriors Trucking Program on Saturday at the Walhalla Main Library. Oconee County Public Library Branch Services Librarian Blair Hinson gives details. “Kids will get a chance to hear stories, meet a real truck driver and see his big rig. Adults can hear more about life on the road, the career of truck driving, and hear more about how to get a commercial driver’s license.” The Road Warriors Trucking Program starts at 11am this Saturday, March 7 at the Walhalla Library.
