Two Charged with Armed Robbery & Kidnapping in Anderson County
Two individuals, Donovan Williford, 27, and Chianna Burgos, 22, were recently arrested following a kidnapping and shooting incident on Wednesday, January 31. The victim was found with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and is expected to recover fully.
Donovan Williford
The suspects reportedly assaulted the victim at a Dunhill Drive residence in Anderson County, bound him, and transported him to a QT on Pearman Dairy Road. There, they allegedly used his debit card to withdraw cash. The victim managed to escape but was shot in the arm.
Chianna Burgos
Williford faces charges of Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature, and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime. He was denied bond on the charge of Kidnapping, however bond was set at $55,000 for the other charges against him.
Burgos is charged with Armed Robbery and Kidnapping. She remains in custody at the Anderson County Detention Center on $90,000 bond.
