Two Charged with Criminal Conspiracy; Another Facing Electric Current Theft Accusation

According to jail records, on Wednesday Walhalla Police arrested 23-year-old Dakota Austin Cogdill on two counts of grand larceny and one count each of criminal conspiracy and accessory before the fact to a felony. He remains in custody pending bond.

Jason Randall Jenkins

Also on Wednesday, Walhalla Police arrested 43-year-old Jason Randall Jenkins and charged him with accessory before the fact to a felony and criminal conspiracy. He was served a bench warrant from Walhalla Municipal Court, as well, and remains in jail pending bond and judicial proceedings.

Joseph Cobb

A man was apprehended Tuesday on charges of tampering with and stealing electric power. Joseph Patrick Cobb, a 58-year-old resident of 315 South Walnut St., in Seneca, is facing charges, according to warrants from Seneca Police, for theft of electric current, manipulation of utility meters, and littering between 15 to 500 pounds. He is currently detained at the Oconee County Detention Center, with a combined surety bond set at $3,262.50.
