Two indicted for conspiring to steal Mail

Two Upstate South Carolina residents have been indicted for conspiring to steal mail.  United States Attorney Bill Nettles announces that 43-year-old Dean Dalenko and 39-year-old Jennifer McCullough were charged with conspiracy to steal mail and possess stolen mail.  The maximum penalty they could receive is five years imprisonment and a maximum fine of $250,000.  The case was investigated by agents of the United States Postal Inspection Service and is assigned to Assistant United States Attorney William Watkins, Jr., of the Greenville office for prosecution. The U.S. Attorney stated that all charges in this indictment are merely accusations and that all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
