Two NC Men Charged with Stealing Catalytic Converters

Walhalla Police arrested two North Carolina men and charged them with the theft of catalytic converters from vehicles. The report of a suspicious vehicle at Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witnesses on SC Hwy 11 started the investigation around 5:00am last Thursday morning.

Jail records show multiple charges, including possession of burglary tools, have been filed against Hendersonville, NC residents Jimmy Clifford Sullivan, age 40, and 41 year-old Randolph Joseph Wallen. Both men are also charged with petit larceny.

Sullivan was given the additional charge of driving without a license while Wallen faces the added charge of distribution of methamphetamine. Jail records from the OCSO Detention Center show that Sullivan is out on bond, while Wallen remains in custody with a total bond amount set at $45,000.
